Beta readers

A few readers get Pre-Paid before anyone else, a chapter at a time, with a short question card after each one. Their answers change the book. A handful of questions so I can choose well; all but the last are required, and most are a single tap. If you are chosen, this is the only form you will ever fill in: your link opens straight into Chapter One.
